Minerva Isadore, the Director of Training for MTS Bus Driver Training School, the only private certified vocational institution of its type in California, also facilitates the MTS “Family-To-Family” program which adopts needy families and helps them to have a clean, decent holiday season. 

The program is now in its third year. She also helps under-privileged people get off welfare and earn a good stable income, by utilizing such programs as Clinton’s Welfare To Work Initiative, and other agencies that are willing to provide needed guidance so that people are better able to stay on a positive path. 

Almost half of MTS’ drivers have come through the Welfare To Work Program, including three who are on its administrative staff. MTS has nearly 100% placement of its successful school bus driver training completions.
