In this position you will work with a team of dispatchers responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients. In addition, you will assign scheduled trips to drivers, as well as perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• 1-year of dispatching experience or customer service experience from an inside sales environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible team player with positive attitude
• MS Access experience is a plus.
